
Kevin Sullivan

Kevin P. Sullivan is the founding member of Sullivan Law, LLC. Kevin has a diverse practice and represents clients in several different areas of law.
Kevin focuses a large percentage of his practice on complex real estate, construction and landlord/tenant related disputes. He represents several corporate developers, owners and managers of multi-family and commercial real estate in Maryland and elsewhere.
Kevin also focuses a portion of his practice representing individuals who have suffered severe tragedy in their lives. A majority of these cases involve complex medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, suicide and/or sexual abuse.

Prior to starting Sullivan Law, Kevin was one of the two founding members of Salsbury Sullivan, LLC (now known as Salsbury Stringer & McCulley). During his 10-years at Salsbury Sullivan, Kevin successfully tried medical malpractice and other personal injury cases throughout the state of Maryland and obtained verdicts and settlements in the tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
Prior to running his own law firms, Kevin was a partner at the law firm of Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP in Baltimore. Kevin started at Gallagher in 2003 and worked there until 2015. Kevin served as lead counsel on several jury trials and numerous judge trials and arbitrations during his time at Gallagher.

Kevin graduated from the University of Maryland Frances King Carey School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Kevin won the prestigious Myerowitz Award as the best oral advocate in his class. He was also part of the National Moot Court Team. Since 2008, Kevin has served as an adjunct law professor at his alma mater where he teaches a class on civil litigation.
Kevin has been involved with several non-profit institutions over the years and continues to support The Collegebound Foundation and The Public Justice Center.
